Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure that every product dispatched is carefully inspected and securely packed. However, if you face any issues with your order, we are here to help!

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Since our products fall under the personal care and cosmetics category, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective: The product was physically damaged or leaked during courier transit.
Expired Product: You received a product that has passed its expiry date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The product seal is broken, or the product has been opened and used.
The claim is made due to a "change of mind."
The product was purchased during a clearance sale or at a discounted price (unless damaged/wrong).
The claim is made after 7 days of receiving the parcel.

3. How to Process a Return/Exchange

If your order qualifies, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Contact Us: Send a message to our WhatsApp support or email us at info@glowbysara.com.
Provide Proof: Share your Order ID along with clear pictures and an unboxing video of the defective/wrong product.
Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Return Shipping: Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item. In cases of our fault, we will bear the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer direct exchanges for the affected products.

In special cases where an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. External Use Only & Precautions

As clearly stated on our packaging, all Glow By Sara products are strictly for external use only.

Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Keep all products out of reach of children and store them in a cool, dry place.

We strive to keep the product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, Glow By Sara reserves the right to update product formulations, packaging, or pricing without prior notice.
